This delicious oil infuses appetizing flavors that turn any dish into a gourmet meal. It originates from whole unhulled hemp seeds and serves as an excellent plant-based source of essential Omega 6 & 3.

• Hemp seed oil contains around 90% unsaturated fat making it an excellent source of essential omega 6 & 3.
• Compared to other plant oils, hemp seed oil has the highest proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA).
• Our body needs omega 6 & 3 for normal function. Omega 3 is necessary to make cell membranes.
• Loaded with potent tocopherols (Vit E) antioxidants and cholesterol fighting phytosterols.

For optimal long-term health, it is advisable to incorporate one tablespoon of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) into your daily diet. This single serving efficiently fulfills both your omega-6 and omega-3 requirements. 

Ingredients:
Cold pressed hemp seed oil with the natural flavour of garlic. This oil is cold pressed and produced without the use of solvents. Some sediment may occur.

Suggested Use:

Use as a finishing oil to add a kick to your favourite dish, drizzle over salads, pasta, stir fries or dips and so many other creative ways.

You can use our hemp seed for cooking. It is safe for oven cooking at 190deg C for up to one hour.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months. Can be stored in the freezer and once opened consume within 6 months.
