We use the gentle cold-pressed method to extract our oil.  Importantly this method retains all of the natural flavour, aroma, and nutritional value of the hemp seed.

Moreover, our oil boasts pre-formed omega-6 gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and the rare omega-3 stearidonic acid (SDA), both renowned for their anti-inflammatory properties. Additionally, GLA proves beneficial for dry skin.

In addition, the total tocopherol (Vitamin E) content ranges between 80-90mg per 100g of oil, surpassing the levels found in the majority of other vegetable oils.

Suggested use:

You can use our hemp seed for cooking. It is safe for oven cooking at 190deg C for up to one hour.

As we cold-press the oil naturally, it may contain some sediment.

Once opened, please keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months. Also you can store your oil in the freezer.  Consume within 6 months.
